Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt date if items are returned in new condition, unworn, & in its original packaging. After 10 days, returns are eligible for instore credit.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email contact@cjkjewelry.com or use our contact form within 10 days of customer receipt date to arrange shipping.
Please include the following:
1. Your name & order number
2. The jewelry item you wish to return
3. Reason for return
Once the items have been received, we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method or store credit.
Since all of our core pieces are made with natural materials we cannot guarantee or restring any piece that has been worn in water. We are able to identify the wear.
CJK Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return and offer in-store credit depending on the circumstance.
