Shipping & Handling
All CJK Jewelry pieces are handmade with lots of love and time in our Portland, Oregon studio. To ensure the highest quality, pieces are made to order and may take 3 to 5 days for order processing and creating your pieces. During holidays orders may be delayed but you will be notified when your order will be ready. Please leave a comment in your order if you need it by a specific date. We will accommodate as much as we can.

Once completed, orders are shipped immediately via USPS priority mail.
Insurance is covered on all orders based upon the value of each piece.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and may vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

It is the customer's responsibility to check with the Customs office to verify whether the country to which the order is shipped, permits the shipment of our products. CJK Jewelry is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
